you will be sent a paypal invoice from "piak's commissions" for a "digital image commission". payment is due before i begin commission work.

if you must use a different payment method, please contact me at any of the sites linked below and we can discuss other options.

most anything: ocs, -sonas, fan-art (anime, games, etc.), pokémon, real people, whatever

but no nfts, nothing nsfw or suggestive (ask me), hateful, or political

the time the commission will be completed will vary.

more complex designs or compositions will take longer (may take between 3-5 weeks).

final products will be delivered via e-mail. it is the commissioner's responsibility to back-up these goods after this point.

i may decline or refund a commission for any reason.

payments are made via paypal invoice. i will not take half payments. payment is due before i begin commission work.

i will send a couple wip updates (to your preferred contact) throughout the process (sketch, flats, render). if there are any issues at any step, you must let me know before the next step or i may not return to correct it

i will try to complete your commissions within a couple weeks of being commissioned, but i will let you know if special reasons delay my progress

commissions won't necessarily be completed on a first come, first serve basis; i may decline any commission that i feel that i cannot fulfill

i own all rights over the completed work, which allows for redistribution for self-promotion or use as portfolio examples. however, i will not post the completed work if requested.

do not edit, alter, or trace any part of the commission. commission work is not to be resold or used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon prior. you are allowed to use the art for personal use only.

you are free to re-post the completed commission work with visible credit.

the use of commission work for anything related to the sale or production of nfts is strictly prohibited.

do not use any commission work finished or work in progress to train ai image generators.

commercial use or use of artwork on monetized platforms (youtube, twitch, etc.) have an additional agreed-upon fee. regardless of acquiring commercial rights, credit for the use of commissioned artwork is required.
